Pilot in Zagreb is starting

The press conference for presenting the FUPOL project has been held in the City of Zagreb. It has been led by the Head of the Mayor office and the Deputy Mayor. This conference has been an invitation for all citizens to participate in campaign for getting opinion regarding social infrastructure in Zagreb. They can do that through the blog developed for this purpose and the opinion maps incorporated in the FUPOL platform http://zagreb-fupol.blogspot.com.

Major Cities of Europe (MCE) Annual Conference 2013: “ICT Fostering cities’ prosperity”

The MCE Conference this year is hosted by the beautiful Slovenian city of Ljubljana! The conference is from the 3rd to the 5th of June. UN-Habitat officially announces the cooperation with FUPOL

UN-Habitat and Cellent AG, the Austrian coordinator of the European Union's Future Policy Modeling (FUPOL) consortium, teamed up with the Kenyan authorites at a two-day seminar this month to take advantage of the country's technology boom so that people in every walks of life can use their mobile telephones and other devices to join in programmes aimed at helping combat poverty, especially in urban slums.
