Robert Hornacek is a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in project management and business reorganization. He holds a Master in Business Administration Science at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and provides practical knowledge in consulting since 1999. Between 2005 and 2009 he worked for the Federal Computing Center in Vienna. In that time he conducted several research projects for the Austrian Ministry of Finance (e.g. PROKO, BPEL-L1). He is key-player for hot topics concerning Requirements Engineering and Business Process Management within software development and reorganization projects. In 2010 he finished a big reorganization project in Croatia at the Central Tax Administration, sponsored by the Worldbank. Mr Hornacek combines various knowledge in Project Management and Business Process Management as well as certain advanced certificates including Six Sigma, Risk Management, ITIL V3 and Process Assessments to handle international projects in E-Government on a professional level. He has a strong international focus, provides a deep understanding in general business aspects in public institutions and is going to take over responsibility for the overall consortium management in the FUPOL project.
Ines Bachkönig is a Certified Project Manager (PMP) with project management skills combined with 15 years of strong technical background. She holds a M.Sc. in computer science (specifically: software development) and wrote her thesis about conflict management. On top of her academic education she holds certificates of PMI and IBM WebSphere Portal V 6.0 Application Development. She worked as a software developer already in public institutions and private companies and is used to organize large projects. Her technical knowledge includes client/server-programming in C++ & Java as well as programming web applications using Java/JSP, ASP & PHP. In the last five years she was focused on project management, requirements analysis & testing of web applications. She is going to support the overall consortium management during the FUPOL project.
Martin Lamprecht is Senior Consultant and holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe and has been working in IT projects in the public and private sector since 1998. From 2001 on he is also a lecturer for Software Development at Higher Institute of Technical Education in Vienna. His track record includes projects for the FFC, BASF, OeKB, Vienna Stock Exchange and others. Starting with 2009 he is providing consulting in ESCB projects for the Austrian National Bank. Martin Lamprecht has expert knowledge in the fields of Enterprise Architecture, Web Technologies and Web 2.0, Software Development Methodology and Software Quality Assurance and will provide professional know-how during the FUPOL project.
