Zavod za informatičku djelatnost (ZIH) je vodeća tvrtka koja više od 30 godina djeluje u području menadžment i ICT savjetovanja, s posebnim naglaskom na upravljanje kvalitetom i informacijskom sigurnošću, te strateški i performance menadžment. ZIH pruža usluge izobrazbe, menadžment i ICT savjetovanja u Hrvatskoj i zemljama jugoistočne Europe. U pružanju usluga i svom radu koristi se međunarodnim standardima (ISO 9001, ISO 9126, ISO 25000, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, COBIT...). ZIH ima ISO 9001 certifikat za menadžment i ICT savjetodavne usluge. ZIH je također dobio međunarodni CMC certifikat za poslovno savjetovanje izdan od međunarodne organizacije ICMCI.

Key staff

Dr. Zdravko Krakar is one of the leading IT-scientists in Croatia. He graduated from the Technological University of Zagreb (1968), a Master's in Electrical Engineering in Zagreb (1973), and received his Ph.D. at the University of informatics (1981). Since 1988  is lecturing at the Faculty of Organisation and Informatics, University of Zagreb. He was a leader in 95 research projects for ministries, business and public sector. So far he has published 75 scientific papers, 7 books and 220research papers. He is a member of the Croatian Academy of Engineering and a member of several international scientific and professional organizations. He is also a president of the Technical Commission for evaluating the quality of software in the Croatian Chamber of Economy Among other things, he worked for the Office of the President and Government of the Republic Office for the Internet. He is a Vice President of the Croatian Forum ISACA-e and a member of the Technical Committee for Standardization of IT in the State Institute for Standardization and Metrology.

Silvana Tomić Rotim, MSc. graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Zagreb (1995) and got her master degrees from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (1997) and Faculty of Economics (2000). She is a Certified Quality Lead Auditor, Certified IS Auditor, Certified Information Security Lead Auditor, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Management Trainer and a Certified TickIT Lead Auditor. She has managed and lectured on more than 50 trainings in the fields of Quality Management, Strategy Planning, Balanced Scorecard, Project Management, Performance Management, Human Resource Management, etc. She is an author of more than 30 scientific professional articles, and more internal guides for business and quality improvement. She is in a board of Association of Management Consultants, and a member of Croatian Society for Quality, Association for Improvement of Intellectual Capital, Croatian Information Technology Association and Croatian Association for Quality Systems in Informatics.

Nataša Kučeković, B.Sc. is a consultant in ZIH – Zavod za informatičku djelatnost Hrvatske, where she has been working on projects of business consulting, training and educations. She is a Certified Quality Lead Auditor and a Certified Information Security Lead Auditor. She is also a trainer for Quality Management generally, and for different type of Quality Assurance and Control.
